The regional Italian cooking class was a huge success.  The students gained an understanding of what Italian cooking really is and the many differences from region to region.  Chef Ty will be doing future classes dealing with wine pairing, couple cooking "date night", and Italian cooking by region.  If you are interested please e-mail you information to Chef Ty at tythames11@yahoo.com and he will keep you informed on up coming events and classes.

Course Description

This four week course in Italian cooking will give you an understanding of different Italian specialties Cooking from across Italy. Each week will hold something exciting and new in Italian cooking.
